His diverse operating experience includes companies within the digital media, pharmaceutical research, logistics, and other technology/service industries. Prior to Jump he was as an operating partner at Tarsus and preceding that role, head of consumer moving for SIRVA (IPO: NYSE 2003). Having started his career in several of GE’s management programs, he has held functional roles both at GE and SIRVA, including product management and M&A. Sach earned an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg after a Chemical Engineering BS from University of Rochester.

She is an Independent Board Director for Reddit (valued at $10B+) and recently led the rebrand of Personal Capital prior to it being acquired by Empower Retirement for $1B. Notably, under Gale's leadership Personal Capital's aided awareness, with mass affluent investors, increased from 7% to 41% post rebrand.
